History

Since 1996, PERSOLKELLY China Co.,Ltd. (former Shanghai Soka) has been developing with fast growth of Chinese economy. Cooperating with PERSOL Holdings Co.,Ltd., PERSOLKELLY China Co.,Ltd. is established in April 2007 and now own Shanghai headquarter and 5 branches in Beijing, Guangzhou, Suzhou, Shenzhen and Hong Kong.

Chronology of Events

2011’
In July 2011, after reorganizing with SMC and Anchor, HR services, labor consulting and training business developed in East China (Shanghai and Suzhou), North China ( Beijing, Dalian and Tianjin), South China ( Guangzhou and Shenzhen) and Hong Kong.
Suzhou Branch was established.
2010’ Guangzhou Branch was established.
2009’ Tianjin Branch was established.
2008’
PERSOLKELLY(Shanghai) HR Co.,Ltd. was awarded Deputy President of Shanghai Human Resources Consulting Association for third term in succession.
2007’
Cooperating with PERSOLKELLY Japan. Shanghai SOKA HR Co., Ltd was transformed into PERSOLKELLY China Ltd.
Beijing Branch was established.
2005’
Shanghai SOKA HR Co., Ltd was awarded Deputy President of Shanghai Human Resources Consulting Association for second term in succession.
2002’
As one of the initiator of Shanghai Human Resources Consulting Association , Shanghai SOKA HR Consulting Co., Ltd was awarded Deputy President of the association for first term.
Dalian Branch was established.
2001’
SOKA start HR and labor services in Shanghai.
Shanghai SOKA HR Co., Ltd. was established with first HR Service Permit by Shanghai Human Resource Bureau.
1996’
Shanghai SOKA Consulting Co., Ltd. was established.
